I didn’t like the coastal scents 28 neutral palette before thanks to my “expensive-makeups-are-better” mentality and how its powdery but browsing around some blogs made me wonder. It’s not actually the 28 neutral palette I saw for their eotd application but the 88 coastalscents warm palette. If this product can show up pigmented and beautifully on pictures maybe the 28 neutral palette can achieve the same thing - excluding of course the idea that the bloggers are just skilled, hehe. Yes, I opened again my dust collecting palette and played around. With the right eye base, the eye shadows of the 28 neutral palette does a job well done.
i only played around so decided to use a cheap brown eyeliner. after using the eyelash curler, some of the liner faded. thank heavens for urban decay and prestige!!

I use my 88 warm palette just as much as my UD eye shadows, so I say... YES. Though you may have trouble making the lighter shades show up, the other colors make up for that with their beautiful pigmentation

haha i almost bought the 88 warm palette because of the good reviews pero buti na lang i didn't na. i have too much palettes.

YES! i just got mine and it is AMAZING! i am obsessed, and i don't even normally like neutrals!!!
