Review: 42 Double Stack Shimmer Palette

Purchased this palette together with the 42 double stack matte palette. Lil me wanted the 42 matte palette better but the tempting thoughts..that this goes with the matte and what i'll be missing. well why not!

Raves:

- (same with the rants from my double stack matte palette review)
- easy to blend but i don't like how it looks after sometime (opacity/pigmentation fades)

Overall:
A good palette to play around with but for me its a NO. I first thought i love this palette as much as the matte but as soon as I saw that the colors/pigmentation fades when I blend the shadows, i was wrong. It works well with other brands so its worth keeping. So should you buy it? I suggest you first get the matte palette. This is similar to the 120 palette in terms of the effect after blending. I like the shimmer palette better than the 120 palette in terms of the texture/colors but I find the 120 palette a more worth it product as it includes a lot of colors.
