On location: RENU Smart Skin Solutions in SM Megamall

The problem with most people including me is that when it comes to skin care, we are know-it-alls. We buy products or get treatments based on our own understanding of our skin problems and not on the actual issue. For example, I'm considering getting the DIY TCA/Glycolic Solution as I read many good reviews. Imagine less than $20 for a solution that can be used more than 10x to a 1 - $20 facial treatment. It can make you wonder. The little talk Roanne and I had with Dra. Sumilang, made me think twice of getting the diy treatment. In fact, it also made me doubt of getting treatments from facial centers with assistants attending to the customers.

RENU is the first skin peeling center in the country. RENU offers skin peeling for different skin conditions. All our in-house Dermas are Philippine Dermatlogical Society Board-certified Dermatologists. Only the Dermas can administer the peels hence we have Doctors everyday, 8 hours per day. RENU only uses imported skincare products in our treatments. Brands that are interntionally known for their efficacy are available at RENU -- Obagi, PCA Skin, Glytone. Colorescience and MD Lash are also available at RENU. These are complementary products to complete the look of the patients.

What does this center offer that differs from other facial centers? Dermatologists will attend to the patients and will be the one to administer the treatments specifically suited not only for the skin type but also for the person's skin condition. Yes, a lot may not know this but some products labeled suited for a certain skin type will not actually work for that skin type. It may cause allergies and bad skin effects. That is why they offer a lot of products from different brands, to actually make sure that a lot of options are available for the patients.

Location? Megamall (Building A) 5th floor
